Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 ½ teaspoon white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, low sodium soy sauce or low sodium tamari
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- To a medium mixing bowl add tahini, fresh ginger, garlic, miso paste, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and maple syrup and whisk to combine.
- Add water until a creamy, pourable sauce is achieved.
- Taste and adjust flavor as desired.

Use frozen garlic and ginger cubes.
