Ginger Miso Tahini Dressing

Try this nutritious recipe!


  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 ½ teaspoon white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, low sodium soy sauce or low sodium tamari
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. To a medium mixing bowl add tahini, fresh ginger, garlic, miso paste, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and maple syrup and whisk to combine.
  2. Add water until a creamy, pourable sauce is achieved.
  3. Taste and adjust flavor as desired.

Time Saving Tip:

Use frozen garlic and ginger cubes.
