Healthy Packable Recipe: Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap


Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap


  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded, cooked chicken
    (or canned chicken)
  • 1 large avocado, mashed
  • ½ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped grapes
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper


  1. Stir Greek yogurt into the mashed avocado in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in chicken, celery, onion, grapes, and lime juice.
  3. Fold in salt, garlic powder, and pepper – adding more to taste.
  4. Spread the chicken salad onto the tortillas – makes about four smaller wraps or two larger wraps.
