Now is a great time to do a little spring cleaning with your health and wellness habits. These quick and easy tips are a great place to start!
1-Minute Tip: Place a reusable tote bag or box near your door and add one item to donate every day on your way out. Give your kids a bag of their own to fill and let them get in on the fun. It’s an easy way to support your community and free up a little space in your life.
5-Minute Tip: Replace the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Doing this every time we “spring forward” with the time change is a great way to ensure these critical devices are always working and keeping you safe.
15-Minute Tip: Is your inbox filled with hundreds of unread emails? It’s time to do a digital declutter! Take a few minutes to unsubscribe from 10 or 15 email subscriptions you no longer want or need. Then send a STOP message to all of those daily texts you get from companies or organizations you’re no longer interested in. It’s an easy way to eliminate unnecessary distractions and clutter in your life.
30-Minute Tip: The changing weather means new foliage and more time spent outdoors. Help keep seasonal allergies at bay by removing dust and grime from common spaces, such as the TV, bed frames, counters, etc. For best results, do this once a week.
