Boost your immune system with this vitamin and nutrient-rich smoothie.
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1 banana
- ½ cup pineapple
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth. Add more or less liquid per your consistency preferences.
- Serve with a straw or in a bowl with toppings like chia seeds, fruit or granola.
