Powerhouse Green Smoothie

Powerhouse Green Smoothie

Boost your immune system with this vitamin and nutrient-rich smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth. Add more or less liquid per your consistency preferences.
  2. Serve with a straw or in a bowl with toppings like chia seeds, fruit or granola.
